Most Dume Baby pieces are made especially for you after your order is placed. Production generally takes 3–7 business days. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes an additional 5–15 business days, depending on your location and the shipping service.

Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for your complete order to arrive. Holidays, customs, weather and carrier delays may occasionally extend this timeframe.

Many of our pieces are produced on demand. This allows us to create limited collections, reduce unnecessary inventory and avoid overproduction.

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, changes and cancellations may not always be possible.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way. Please allow a little time for the carrier to activate the tracking link.

We always try to ship items together, but products may occasionally be produced or fulfilled separately. If your order is divided into multiple packages, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Yes. International delivery is available to many countries. Shipping times and costs vary based on the destination, package weight and available carrier service.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or local fees required by their country.

Please contact us immediately if your shipping address is incorrect. We may be able to update it if production and fulfillment have not progressed too far.

Once an order has shipped, its address cannot be changed. Dume Baby is not responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they enter production. Once production has begun, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes to the item, color, size, quantity or shipping information.

Please review all order details carefully before completing checkout.

Because many Dume Baby products are made especially for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing or accidental selections.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or different from what you ordered, please contact us within seven days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear, bodysuits, socks, underwear and similar personal-wear products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrectly produced.

Products that have been worn, washed, stained, altered or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or replacement.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within seven days and include photographs of the package and product.

If tracking has stopped updating or the package appears to be lost, contact us with your order number. We will review the shipment with the carrier and help determine the appropriate resolution.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property, ask household members or neighbors and contact the shipping carrier first.

Please review the size guide on the individual product page before ordering. Sizing may vary slightly between different silhouettes and fabrics.

Pay attention to whether an item is described as fitted, relaxed, cropped, boxy or oversized. If you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we generally recommend sizing up.

To help protect the garment and its artwork:

• Machine wash cold at or below 30°C/90°F using a gentle cycle

• Wash with similar colors

• Turn printed garments inside out before washing

• Do not bleach

• Tumble dry on low or hang dry when possible

• Use a low iron temperature

• Do not iron directly over the artwork

• Do not dry-clean

Always follow the care label attached to your individual garment.

We make every effort to display colors accurately. Slight differences may occur because of screen settings, lighting, fabric dye batches and the garment-washing process.

Vintage-washed and pigment-dyed products are designed to have subtle variations in color and texture. These differences are part of the character of the garment and make each piece feel unique.

Our graphics are designed to remain vibrant with proper care. Washing in cold water, turning the garment inside out and avoiding bleach, high heat and direct ironing over the artwork will help preserve the print.

Limited-run products are made or released in intentionally small quantities. We may restock certain favorites, but many colors, graphics and silhouettes are available only for a short time.
